Zaisha UK has a no-returns policy because of the way they are tailored to each order. However, there is a window of 14 days for exchanges only, subject to availability (excluding international orders). If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at orders@zaisha.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp with your order information.
We are happy to assist with exchanges, provided that there is stock availability and the item has not been worn and is in re-sellable condition. If there is no suitable alternative to exchange it with, we can provide you with a credit coupon for the replacement. Once your item has been sent back for exchange, please allow a minimum of TWO weeks for the exchange to be processed.
